Approach
Our approach, from first consultation to ongoing operation.
Since 2017, our experience has been that projects fail through unforeseen developments more often than through faulty code. Our process is designed to eliminate them.

A six-stage process.
Discover
An initial consultation, followed by an examination of how work moves through your business: the systems, the handovers and the time lost between them.
Plan
A written scope in clear language, setting out what we will deliver, the outcome it is intended to achieve, and the cost of building and operating it.
Design
Interactive screens and workflows for your review and comment. Changes are least costly at this stage, so this is where they are made.
Build
Development in short cycles, each concluding with a working version for evaluation. Progress is demonstrated, not merely reported.
Launch
Testing on physical devices, training for your team, and a jointly planned release, so that nothing goes live unexpectedly.
Run
We host, monitor and refine the system. AI components are reviewed at regular intervals, because both the models and your business continue to change.
Two engagement models.
Clients commonly begin with a fixed-price project and continue on an hourly basis for subsequent improvements.
Fixed-price project
Appropriate where the scope is well defined: a website, an online store, an application or a specific automation.
- Scope, price and timeline agreed before work begins
- Payments linked to verifiable milestones
- Changes to scope quoted before they are implemented
Hourly
Appropriate for open-ended or evolving work: enhancements, support, research and early-stage concepts.
- Invoiced for hours worked, supported by a detailed timesheet
- An estimate provided in advance, with notice before it is exceeded
- Capacity increased, reduced or paused as your needs change
Our definition of complete.
Every project is held to the same six standards, irrespective of its size.
Performance
Pages are built and tested for speed on a mid-range phone over a typical mobile connection.
Accessibility
We design to WCAG 2.2 AA, with legible contrast, full keyboard access and forms compatible with screen readers.
Security
Encrypted connections, least-privilege access, credentials excluded from source code, and backups whose restoration has been tested.
Testing
Verified on physical phones, tablets and browsers before release, with automated tests covering every component that handles payments or data.
Documentation
You receive a written guide and a recorded demonstration, so that knowledge of the system does not reside with us alone.
Privacy
Designed with reference to Australia’s Privacy Act and India’s DPDP Act, collecting only the data the task requires.
Effective, and under your control.
AI systems are fallible. Every system we design proceeds from that assumption.
Human approval where it matters
Quotations, payments and any communication sent in your name await human approval until you decide otherwise.
Your data remains yours
Systems are established in accounts that you own, with providers that do not train their models on your data.
No vendor lock-in
You own the code, the accounts and the documentation. Should the engagement end, everything continues to operate.
Measured outcomes
Each automation is tied to a defined metric, such as hours saved or time to first response. If the metric does not improve, we revise the approach.
Hyderabad and Melbourne.
Communication within your working hours
Australian clients deal with us in Melbourne time; Indian clients deal with us in Indian Standard Time.
An extended working day on your project
The two cities are separated by four and a half to five and a half hours, so work continues after one location has finished for the day.
Local expertise in both markets
GST and UPI in India; BAS and BPAY in Australia. We configure payments, taxation and privacy for the jurisdiction in which you trade.
Discuss your requirements with us.
An initial consultation carries no obligation. We will advise what we would build, what we would automate, and what is best left unchanged.
