Business Development Manager
Responsible for generating qualified leads and converting them into client engagements across our website, application and AI automation services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients among small and growing businesses in India and Australia.
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, professional networks and inbound enquiries.
- Conduct initial consultations to establish each prospect’s requirements.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Report on pipeline, conversion and revenue against agreed targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify further opportunities.
Skills and experience required
- Demonstrable experience in business development or sales for web, software or digital services.
- A working understanding of websites, web and mobile applications, and AI automation, sufficient to discuss requirements with clients and to scope work with engineers.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or Zoho.
- Experience with lead generation and outreach tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email campaign platforms.
- The ability to prepare written proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Competence in spreadsheets and pipeline reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Based in Hyderabad, or willing to relocate.
Project Manager
Responsible for planning and delivering client projects on time, within scope and to the agreed standard, and for serving as the client’s principal point of contact throughout.
Responsibilities
- Define scope, schedule and milestones for each project in consultation with the client and the delivery team.
- Plan and coordinate the work of designers and engineers across concurrent projects.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, and report progress at regular intervals.
- Identify risks and dependencies early, and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Manage changes to scope, including their effect on cost and timeline.
- Ensure that each release is tested and documented before it reaches the client.
- Review completed projects and apply the findings to subsequent work.
Skills and experience required
- Demonstrable experience managing website, application or software projects from initiation to release.
- A sound understanding of the software development life cycle and of agile delivery methods.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Trello or Asana.
- Experience in estimating effort and in preparing project plans and status reports.
- A working understanding of web and mobile technologies and of AI automation, sufficient to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
- The ability to communicate clearly with clients who do not have a technical background.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Based in Hyderabad, or willing to relocate.
