Will we need to replace our existing software?
No. We integrate with the systems you already use, and recommend a change only where a tool offers no means of integration.
Will AI communicate with our customers without our knowledge?
Only in the ways you authorise. You determine what it may answer independently, what requires approval, and when it refers a matter to a member of staff. Every conversation is logged and available for review.
Which AI models do you use?
The model best suited to the task. We work with OpenAI, Claude and Gemini, and design each system so that the model can be replaced when a more capable or more economical one becomes available.
How is our data handled?
Automations operate in accounts that you own, with providers that do not train their models on your data. Our designs take account of Australia’s Privacy Act and India’s DPDP Act.
What are the monthly running costs?
AI and automation platforms charge according to usage. We estimate the monthly running cost in the project plan, before you commit to development.
