Who we are
The Dot Scripts is a web, application and AI automation studio. It is the business name of Shanthan Kumar Mudumba (ABN 26 587 882 801), a sole trader based in Thornhill Park, Victoria 3335, Australia. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to that business. Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us through the forms on this website.
- Enquiries. Your name, email address, organisation, location, the services you are interested in, and the details you provide about your project.
- Job applications. Your name, email address, telephone number, LinkedIn profile if you provide one, your curriculum vitae and any covering note.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. As with any website, our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, in its server logs. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the pages load.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal where you request one.
- To assess your application for the role for which you have applied.
- To maintain the security of this website and to prevent misuse of its forms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Personal information is seen only by the members of our team who need it. We use two service providers to operate this website, each of which processes information on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the website, and Resend, which delivers form submissions to us by email. Both are based in the United States, so information submitted through the forms may be processed outside India and Australia.
We disclose personal information to others only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries are kept for as long as is needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and our record-keeping obligations afterwards.
- Job applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process and for up to twelve months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To make a request, write to hello@thedotscripts.com. We will respond within thirty days.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 in India. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to it is restricted to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
