Case study: iyraCare
iyraCare is a clinic operating system for medical centres in India. It replaces the separate tools a centre uses for appointments, queues, billing and records with a single integrated platform.
A medical centre depends on several functions working together: reception, clinicians, the pharmacy, the laboratory, and the patients who rely on all of them. In many centres each function uses its own software, or a paper register.
iyraCare consolidates those functions for clinics, dental, optical and physiotherapy practices, and pharmacies. The work comprises two parts: the public website that presents the product, and the platform that centres use every day.
A website that presents the platform to each audience in turn (centres, doctors, patients and vendors) and directs visitors to a free trial or a short demonstration.
Appointment booking and a live queue for reception, so that patients can see their position without a paper token.
GST-compliant invoicing, with payment by UPI.
Prescriptions are transmitted to the pharmacy, laboratory reports are returned to the patient record, and stock is tracked by batch, with alerts for low and expired items.
Reminders and reports are delivered to patients through the application they already use.
Encrypted patient data stored in India, role-based access, and an audit log of every action, designed with reference to India’s DPDP Act.

The home screen for a medical centre: the day’s revenue, collections, outstanding dues and appointments, with the schedule alongside.

Medication stock by batch, with alerts for expired and low-stock items and a locator for where each medicine is stored.

The platform itself, through which medical centres manage appointments, queues, billing, records, pharmacy and laboratory work in one place.
An initial consultation carries no obligation. We will advise what we would build, what we would automate, and what is best left unchanged.
